                                                                                                                                   Summery Australia

Dear Diary.                                                                                            Day 1

Today we went to Ayras Rock. We were driving for many days, across Australia. It was hot, it was dusty and the earth was red! The roads are difficult to drive on, because there are holes. We drowe for a long time, before we could see anything. No animals, no houses, no humans. If we saw any animals, it were on signs. Signs witch tells to be careful, because there's dangerous wild camels and kangaroo. We also have to be careful for snakes and spiders. After the long trip, we finally arrived to the campingplace, where we put up our tent. We went early to bed, cause we should be fresh the next day.
We woke up very early the next morning.
Ayers Rock is the worlds biggest rock. It's standing in the middle of Australia. The rock is very famous. People from all over the world comes to see the big rock. We wanted to go to the top of the rock, before the temperatures got to high. The temperatures can get up to 40-50 degrees!!
So not to be roasted, we should be there early.

We had to climb to the top. It took about an hour. It was very hard. The view was amazing. It was a big experience. The sun was rising, and we felt the heat. Therefore we dicided to climb down again. We were very tired after this day!

Dear Diary.                                                                                              Day 2

Today we decided, to make a day where we just relax. So we just drowe. We hadn't decided where to go. It were so warm.  It did not take long, before we had to drink all the time. But the water was getting so hot, that it was nearly boiling then we drank it!
In Australia they says, that some people died that way. They drived far out in the wilderness. So far where no people were. If they ran out of water, nobody would find them before they died. Cause not many people gets that far away of nowhere. I Think it's a little scary..
But anyway, it didn't happen to us!
We drove half the day, then we saw the first animal. A kangaroofamily. They lay in the shade of a tree. We were looking at them for a  long time, before we drove on.
Then we came to the town Adelaide. The longer we drove on the wide road, the more houses were . They were with very little distance from each other. The most of the houses were farms . We stopped at one of the farms, and went inside.
It was nice. On a big woodensign is said: "Apple Farm".

After some days on the farm, where we worked in the applefields, we were invited to eat with the family. And after a week, we were working at the restaurant, selling applepies and all kind of souvenirs for the turists. We became good friends with the family. Actuelly so good friends, that we stayed with them for a month!

  • #1   4. mar 2013 Lidt længere sætninger ville gøre underværker, og tjek lige kommaerne igen, som skrevet før :P!

  • #2   4. mar 2013 Men ellers ser det godt ud ;3

  • #3   4. mar 2013 Du blander nutid og datid sammen.

  • #4   4. mar 2013 Today we went to Ayras Rock. We were driving for many days, across Australia. It was hot, it was dusty and the earth was red! The roads are difficult to drive on, because there are holes (jeg ville sige "because of the holes"). We DROVE for a long time, before we could see anything. No animals, no houses, no humans. If we saw any animals, it were on signs. (Jeg ville sige: "the only animals we saw were the ones on signs"). Signs WHICH tells US to be careful, because there ARE dangerous wild camels and kangarooS. We also HAD to be careful for (man kan ikke sige "careful for") snakes and spiders. After the long trip, we finally arrived to the campingplace, where we put up our tent. We went early to bed, cause we should be (jeg ville sige "wanted to be" eller "had to be") fresh the next day.
We woke up very early the next morning.
Ayers Rock is the worlds biggest rock. It's standing in the middle of Australia. The rock is very famous. People from all over the world comes to see the big rock. We wanted to go to the top of the rock, before the temperatures (der skal ikke 's' på) got TOO high. The temperatures (stadig ikke noget 's') can get up to 40-50 degrees!!
So not to be roasted (ville vælge et andet tillægsord) we should be there early.

  • #7   6. apr 2013 Tusind tak for hjælpen alle sammen! smiley
